Details for VBC J1 Induction:

VBC is a business simulation game whereby teams of students pit their entrepreneurial wits against one another in a virtual setting. Your goal is simple: to earn as much cash as possible by the end of the competition. Teams act as producer and manufacturer of sports equipments. With 4 different markets and up to 5 classifications of sports, winning with so many increased variables requires skill and proficiency. This dynamic and real life simulation of the gaming industry is further emphasized with the introduction of 3 main types of research and development which players can utilize to improve their company’s competitiveness.

• Members will take part in this competition in pre-assigned groups
• An introductory briefing will be held to introduce the game design, key details of the basic playing structure and share some crucial strategies to the game
• A mini debrief will be held for this activity to consolidate learning points and to provide suggestions for improvement
